A Highways and Civil Engineering Company with a turnover of over Ј50 million is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a civil Quantity Surveyor, and will be confident in their skills in relation to highways works, including cost management, knowledge of different construction processes, experience of CESMM and Highways method of measurement and experience of section 106 and 278 agreements. You will be required to be a team player with excellent organisational skills. You should have extensive customer service skills as well as excellent communication all round. You will be expected to prepare tender enquiries, valuations and assist project managers, produce cost value comparison and be able to reconcile accounts.
